1. Parties

BUYER (Consumer) Name, address, phone and email declared during booking/payment apply.
2. Subject Matter
This agreement covers the sale and performance of tourism/travel services (tour packages, accommodation, transport and related services) ordered electronically on https://www.mosttur.com, and the rights and obligations of the parties.
3. Service Information
Type, scope, duration, start/end dates, number of travellers, total price (including taxes and fees), payment method and performance terms are as shown on the order/booking screen and confirmation email. Package tour information is provided under the Travel Agencies and Package Tours Regulation.
4. Payment and Invoicing
The total price is displayed clearly before booking is completed. Payment is collected via secure payment infrastructure. Invoices/e-archive invoices are issued to the declared email or address.
5. Performance of Service
The Seller must perform the service on the specified dates and terms under TURSAB rules and operator/carrier regulations. In force majeure, the consumer is informed and refunds/alternatives apply as required by law.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services relating to accommodation, entertainment, leisure or travel on a specific date or period.
Package tour cancellations/changes are also governed by Law No. 1618 and related regulations. The cancellation/refund policy on the tour detail and booking summary applies.
7. Defective Service and Complaints
In case of defective service, the consumer’s optional rights under Law No. 6502 are reserved. Contact bilgi@mosttur.com. You may apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.
8. Dispute Resolution
Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts at the buyer’s residence or where the transaction took place have jurisdiction. Monetary limits follow annual Ministry of Trade thresholds.
9. Formation of the Agreement
The agreement is deemed concluded when the buyer completes and confirms booking/payment steps. The text is published at https://www.mosttur.com and sent by email on request. The buyer confirms having read the pre-contract information and this agreement.
10. Entry into Force
This agreement enters into force on the date it is electronically confirmed by the buyer.
